Disney CEO Bob Iger has sold his New York apartment on the upper east side for $18.75 Million earlier this week according to Curbed NY. Located in a co-op building overlooking Central Park, the apartment sold just under his asking price of $19 million.
The apartment has a private elevator that opens to a vestibule just outside the apartment.
The living room was designed by Victoria Hagan Interiors whose work Architectural Digest describes as “timeless American Design.”
It even has a wood burning fireplace.
The living room offers views of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park.
The apartment also includes a giant wood-paneled library – very Iger looking.
The apartment has four bedrooms. This is a look at one of the kids’ rooms.
In addition, there is also a great full sized dining room where Iger hatched plans for Disney’s world domination.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar and a full sized oven.
The master bedroom has a sitting room, walk-in closet, and two bathrooms.
If you’re into architecture, here’s the floor plan for the apartment.
